Translucent all-glass door for a luxury sauna.

Lets light from the rest room penetrate into the hot room. You cannot clearly see what is going on in the hot room, the matt glass only lets you see silhouettes of bathers behind the door.
Translucent door adds a touch of mystery to your bath experience and helps better relaxation of bathers.
If your sauna is small, such door will make it seem larger.
The door designs provides for right or left mounting.
The door is made of 8 mm tempered (safe) glass. The glass is chemically treated, translucent and colourless. The glass has polished edges and chamfers.
Tempered glass is extremely strong and it is unlikely that the door breaks. However, if it still happens, the glass will fall into small pieces without harming anyone.
The glass door is very durable and has a long service life. The glass door is not prone to deformation like a wooden one, so less heat escapes through gaps between the door leaf and frame. Glass heat-transfer factor is, however, lower than of solid wood, that is why heat loss through the glass door is lower compared to the wooden one.
A 50 mm clearance serves better ventilation of the sauna.

All frame components are joined together by thermal sealing (joints have special chamfers to help preserve the door's appearance in a high-temperature and moist environment). So, drying out of the wooden frame will be minor.
High performance of the glass door is ensured by special temperature-resistant silicon sealer.
The sealer survives temperatures of up to 170oC and does not loose elasticity even when kept compressed for a long time, i.e. has no memory ability.
The door is fitted with large comfortable solid basswood handles, two right or left hinges produced in Finland, and a latch (Abloy, Finland). Latch and hinges are adjustable and specially designed for sauna doors. Latch and hinges fit the colour of the glass door. The latch ensures a tight closing of the door.
The door is simple and easy to mount. For customer comfort, all fittings other than handles are pre-installed.
The door is packed in a fancy cardboard box. Certificate and mounting wrench attached.
