All wooden components are joined together by thermal sealing (joints have special chamfers to help preserve the door's good appearance in a high-temperature and moist environment).
High-temperature and moisture resistant glue, produced in Germany, ensures high performance. The glued joints are stronger than the solid wood used for the door production.
The door is fitted with comfortable trapeze-shaped basswood handles, two right or left hinges (Fiskars, Finland), and a latch (Abloy, Finland). Latch and hinges are adjustable and specially designed for sauna doors. Latch and hinges are bronze-coloured. The latch prevents air leaking through gaps around the door perimeter.
The door is simple and easy to mount. For customer comfort, all fittings (other than handles) are pre-installed.
