Glass door for a luxury sauna, translucent matt

The glass door allows more light into your sauna and makes it look larger.
The door designs provides for right or left mounting.
The door leaf is made of 8 mm thick tempered (safe) glass. The glass edges are polished. Toned glass, bronze colour.
Matting effect is achieved by applying a special coating that becomes as strong as ceramic after tempering. Tempered glass is extremely strong and it is unlikely that the door breaks. However, if it still happens, the glass will fall into small pieces without harming anyone.
The glass door is durable and not prone to deformation like the wooden one.
A 50 mm door clearance ensures better ventilation of the sauna.
The door is also fit for other sauna rooms, for example, the rest room. The glass door has a a contemporary look.
The door frame is made of premium basswood planks with 42х90 mm section. Larger cross section makes the door frame stronger and guarantees high performance. Compensation joints on the outer side of the door frame prevent deformation.
All frame components are joined together by thermal sealing (joints have special chamfers to help preserve the door's appearance in a high-temperature and moist environment).
High performance of the glass door is ensured by special temperature-resistant silicon sealer. The sealer keeps the door leaf tight to the door frame and leaves no gaps around the perimeter. The latch prevents air leaking through gaps around the door perimeter.
The sealer survives temperatures of up to 170oC and does not loose elasticity even when kept compressed for a long time, i.e. has no memory ability.
The door goes with comfortable solid basswood handles and two right or left hinges. The latch and hinges are chrome-plated.
The door is simple and easy to mount. For customer comfort, all fittings other than handles are pre-installed. You can easily mount the handles by yourself at a comfortable height.
The door is packed in a strong cardboard box. Certificate and mounting wrench attached.
