Aluminum sauna foil, 10 m2, 0.055-0.085 mm

Application: the aluminum foil is used to install a vapour barrier in the steam room. Vapour barrier helps to protect thermal insulation material and wooden walls and preserve insulant's thermal insulation properties. The second use of the aluminum foil is to reflect heat back into the steam room. 

Material: household aluminum foil Russian national standard GOST 618-73. Perfectly fits for use in a sauna or bath. 

Usage: the foil should be overlapped (by 10–20 cm) to wooden walls and ceiling of a steam room so that the condensate drips down to the floor and evaporates avoiding contact with thermal insulation. All joints should be sealed with a heat resistant aluminum tape for sauna use. 

Benefits: a foil roll is enough for 10 m², 1 m width for easy installation. 80-90 µm aluminum foil is best and most reliable for installation as a thinner foil has a lower tear strength. The aluminum foil rolls are labeled and supplied with branded information tags.
