2-part stainless steel plate for garret floor

Application: the steel plate consists of two parts and is used to safely position a flue pipe in a roof floor opening to avoid direct contact of the flue pipe with thermal insulation material and wooden parts and provide the floor opening (garret or other room ceiling) an aesthetic look.

Material: the plate is made from 2 mm thick stainless steel 08Х17Т (AISI 409) and has a polished mirror surface. The steel is heat and corrosion resistant, it has high durability and mechanical properties, low coefficient of thermal expansion (which makes it less prone to dimensional change at temperature fluctuations) and high heat conductivity (which makes it perfect for use in heat exchange systems). Material thickness: 2 mm.

Mounting: the plate consists of two parts and has a fixed width of 500 mm on the one side and an adjustable width of up to 800 mm on the other side, which is needed to adjust the inner diameter of flue pipe along the axis when the plate is mounted on a roof slope (garret or other room ceiling). It is mounted on roof battens by using self-tapping screws.
