The 40 mm thick door panel is made from high-quality pinewood. The door frame is faced with basswood tongue-and-groove panels.
The door frame is made of high-quality 40х90 mm section pine planks. Compensation joints on the outer side of the door frame prevent deformation.
All wooden components are joined together by thermal sealing (joints have special chamfers to help preserve the door's good appearance in a high-temperature and moist environment). High-temperature and moisture resistant glue, produced in Germany, ensures high performance. The glued joints are stronger than the solid wood used for the door production.
The door is fitted with comfortable bracket-shaped handles.
Hinges and latch do not come with the set and should be purchased separately.
