Whisks are sold in a special packing that keeps them fresh for a long time.
Before use, put the whisk in cold or warm water and leave it to soak for 20-30 minutes. Then put it in hot water for 5-7 minutes until the leaves are soft. If heat dries out the whisk, dip it in warm water and shake. Keep you whisk in a cool dark place with natural air humidity.
